We focus on taking those with no insurance, or Medicaid only. Client's need to be physically healthy enough to do their own ADL's. ETOH level under 200, or as determined medically stable by our physicians.
Discharges are done M-F usually after 12PM or 4 PM.

We CAN NOT accept clients who are COVID or FLU positive or have easily transmittable diseases with open wound care, or specialty care such as dementia, dialysis or ports for IV meds. If the client has specialty medications (such as HIV/AIDS, HEP C, Suboxone, pain meds, recently prescribed antibiotics etc.) they need to bring them with them upon admission. PLEASE, DO NOT fax referrals, unless a verbal referral has been made over the phone with us first!
